Based on her 20 years of experience as litigator and also as business lawyer, having the great opportunity to collaborate with top tier law firms, Alina ARMEANU has founded ASSET PROTECTION, a group of independent legal and tax advisors.
As BUSINESS LAWYER, Alina assisted companies in developing investments and trade fairs in Romania and East European market. Alina has advised key players on iconic deals placed on different kind of markets.
As REAL ESTATE LAWYER, Alina assisted national and international clients by offering them negotiation support and legal advice in several real estate transactions covering any legal and regulatory matters.
As LITIGATION LAWYER, Alina’s main practice covers legal practice in Romanian courts of law at any level and also in arbitration panels, offering legal advice and assistance in fields as company law, trading affairs, real estate and construction, commercial or civil contracts disputes, acquisitions or asset recovery, insolvency, insurance policies matters and intellectual property. Alina is member of Association for International Arbitration (AIA). During 2017-2018, Alina was also a member of LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration).
As coordinator of students legal practice, Alina collaborated with a Romanian University – Law College, leading the practice area for students and winning the Second Price at mock trials competition.
